Training Data

Feed Bytechat with information about your business so it can efficiently answer questions from your website visitors.

Character Limit

The information you train Bytechat on has a maximum character limit that cannot be exceeded. This limit depends on your subscription:

• Starter: 100,000 characters of training data.
• Pro: 250,000 characters of training data.
• Business: 1,000,000 characters of training data.

The character limit includes the total number of characters in all training data you've uploaded or entered: your website content, FAQs, products, and any additional information.

Website Content

Enter your website URL to automatically extract all information from your website so Bytechat can use it to answer customer questions. Make sure you enter the main page of your website (e.g., https://www.yourbusiness.com) so Bytechat can crawl all pages of your website and collect the relevant information.

FAQ

Add frequently asked questions that your customers often ask. This helps Bytechat respond quickly and accurately to similar questions from your website visitors. Type or paste the frequently asked questions in the text field, or open a .txt file with FAQs to import them.

Products

Add information about your products, such as product names, descriptions, prices, and specifications. This enables Bytechat to give detailed answers to questions about your products, or to show product showcases in the chat window (if activated). Type or paste the product information in the text field, or open a .txt file with product information to import it.

Additional Information

Add additional information that is relevant to your business and that Bytechat can use to better answer customer questions. This may include internal documents, policy information, terms of service, or other relevant data.
