In the Analytics section of the Dashboard, you can view statistics and insights about the usage and performance of your chatbots.
Messages this month
Here you can see the total number of messages your chatbots have processed this month. This helps you monitor Bytechat usage. You'll also see the limit of your current plan.

Resolution ratio
The resolution ratio shows how many user questions were successfully answered by the chatbot without needing human intervention. When messages are marked as 'Resolved' in the Activity overview, this contributes to a higher resolution ratio.
Note: chats that need follow-up currently need to be marked manually. Chats are set to "resolved" by default. We're working on a feature to automatically analyze conversations and determine if follow-up is needed.

A chart showing the number of chat sessions and messages. This helps you identify trends in the usage of your chatbot.
