Lead Generation Forms

Lead generation forms are a powerful feature within Bytechat that allows you to collect valuable information from your website visitors. With these forms, you can collect contact details, appointments, orders, complaints, and other relevant data.

Set up lead generation forms

Follow these steps to set up lead generation forms within Bytechat:

• Access the configuration screen: Log in to your Bytechat dashboard and navigate to the "Configuration" tab.
• Go to the Features section: Click "Features" in the side menu to open the relevant settings.
• Enable lead generation forms: Look for the "Lead Generation Forms" option and click it to allow Bytechat to use forms.
• When and what information to request: Set when Bytechat should show a lead generation form (for example, for specific questions or requests) and what information you want to collect, such as name, email, phone number, etc.

Collected forms can be viewed and managed via the Bytechat dashboard, under the tab "Activity > Leads & Forms". Here you can view and follow up on all submitted forms.
