Response Suggestions

With the Response Suggestions feature, you can provide users with personalized answer options based on their questions or comments. This improves the user experience by offering quick and relevant responses.

Setting up Response Suggestions

Follow these steps to set up Response Suggestions for your Bytechat:

• Access the configuration screen: Log in to your Bytechat dashboard and navigate to the "Configuration" tab.
• Go to the Behavior & Personality section: Click "Behavior & Personality" in the side menu to open the relevant settings.
• Enable Response Suggestions: Look for the "Response Suggestions" option and enable it.

Response suggestions are now activated for your Bytechat. They will automatically appear after a message from Bytechat based on the context of the conversation.
